  I recently bought a Groupon deal. There were a few mishaps with the administration side of things but the team did well to rectify those. Overall the gym floor staff were really nice and I liked the classes.

  4. The unprofessional manner of the management team – Shae and Julieanne telling me about their internal politics and bad mouthing an ex-trainer was unsolicited and not warranted. From speaking to fellow gym members, this sort of nonsense is being said to whom ever will listen.

  Was a member at this gym since it first opened and decided that I would cancel my membership today as I work permanent part time and study full time. Also I now live out of home and have other bills the money could go towards to as I have been paying 13.50 weekly since signing up when it opened. The lady at the desk was lovely and I was going to end up staying at the gym unfortunately the guy at the front desk changed my mind as he said you know what will happen if you do cancel basically referring to that fact I will get fat and said it's a 24hour gym and there is no such thing as no time. I think it is a poor representation of the gym and it is a form of belittling someone I felt like I was talked down upon. I wish I canceled my membership a long time ago after today.

  1. The overall customer service I have experienced has been woeful. Apart from the lovely front desk staff, not one of the management team or other PTs made an effort to even say hello. I have achieved some fitness achievements during my membership and I note that this was acknowledged on the gym’s Facebook page and via private message; however I felt that I was invisible when I was in the gym. I had provided this feedback to the management team and was provided with a barrage of excuses. Not good enough in my books!

  2. The classes were changed frequently and without seeking minimal input from the end-users. When I provided this feedback, I was simply told that they are not a ‘class gym’. Attendance was consistent and I really enjoyed them.

  5. I initially rated the gym with 1 Star but no comment. I was contacted by Julianne to say that they were disappointed that I did this (see point 4). I provided constructive feedback, which has now resulted in me being blocked from liking or commenting or posting this on their Facebook review page . Childish antics!

  3. Several times I have been in the gym and the owners have had their dog in there. That’s disgusting!

  The positives: The gym facilities are modern and clean, there used to be a good variety of classes, great front desk staff over the years (Namely Rebecca, Tracey and Jess!) and the member rate I was on was very good.
