  ( if ever you suspect your hair to be thinner after your foils ask to see the foils in the bin, I wish I did )

  Foils when she gave me Karen to do my foils. Never ever have I been through what they did to me and my hair. Karen put the wrong colours in but also left them in too long and the blonde ones came out. After paying $165.00 for their mistake. Eeka told me that when you get old your hair does fall out and thin.( there is no hair loss in my family on either side my 77yr. old brother still has all his hair only he is grey )

  As you can tell I am still very upset with how I was treated for what happened to me. I am not unreasonable enough to know that people can and do make mistakes, but the way I was treated was just unforgivable, and at no time did she say how sorry she was to me for what happened.

  Never at anytime did she admit to her salons mistake. She told me that I now needed hair cuts more often to thicken it. As my hair doesn't grow fast I only ever got a cut every 8wks. So I went back in 4wks. as she said and was charged another $60.00 for the hair cut which I should not have been needing if my hair was'nt ruined.
