  Also the website isn't the greatest we tried ordering online and times wouldn't load and it said we only are taking cash but you only accept card online so it couldn't proceed hence the call.

  Have visited a few times, service has always been very poor. Last (and final) time I attempted to order a calamari meal from the TV screen menu and the young bloke said no you can't have that because its not on the menu. I showed him that it was on the screen, he said that it must have been an out of date menu because they've never served that before - why have it on your live menu then????? Ordered each item in meal individually at great expense and had to wait over half an hour for a unsatisfactory meal whilst listening to the staff praise themselves. Hopefully you've improved in the last year, but no chance that I will be back.

  So okay the delivery times aren't the best but the food is worth the wait. Never really had major issues till last night. Placed my order, paid over the phone and was told one hour wait. The wait isn't the problem and I've done this a few times. I wait an extra 10-15 minutes then call and usually they are all sorry it's on the way, it's in the car. That cool I just like to know my food is coming. Last night this didn't go so well. I called and apparently the order wasn't placed even though the money was taken out of my account. I wasn't happy about this. The young girl I spoke to originally I could hear in the background saying I would have remembered that order. (Unless it was a different girl but the voice was similar if not the same). She had to call me back because she had forgotten to ask for my expiry date on my card. In the end they did give us a free drink but still to take money and loose an order isn't good. I like your food but wasn't happy this time.

  For that rare occasion when you want to have a crazy unhealthy burger.. these guys are worth it. Great thing about this chain is that they totally embrace it.. they know that a burger dipped in cheese or with burger buns replaced with donuts is bad.. but I like that they have at least given people the option for something so crazy in the city. We really need them as it gives people who like these things an attractive option.

  Worst Experience ever!!! Ordered from daisy hill today and it said it will be here between 6:50pm to 7:20pm . I rang the number for that store to find out whats going on as i did not receive a call and the food is more than 35 minutes late. The phone rang out more than once and was ended. This is not the first time they have not answered the phone. Really poor customer service. Don't bother with this store. Amazing food when done by the RIGHT people but horrible customer service. The minute there is another store I'm converting. This place does not deserve even one star

  This is why I can't give a 5 star rating. Other then this one incident they are usually fine. Just long waiting times.
